Interfaith Garden

An appropriately designed garden space can reduce blood pressure, reduce anxiety, increase oxygenation and even stimulate the immune system. When used by the staff a healing garden can reduce turnover by as much as 5%. Evidence based research shows that even having a view of such a space can reduce blood pressure, the need for pain medications and anxiety.

The Interfaith Garden is a user friendly-space with quiet contemplation nooks and quions, tables, benches and chairs. Even a grass berm to relax upon on a sunny day.

A space filled with sunlight, green grass, flowers, shade, water, and gentle sounds.
